Five Simple Rules
- Always drink water and stay hydrated (3-4l per day) – distilled water – the purest water on earth and greatest solvent.
- Disconnect from the tv and news as much as possible (fear lowers your immune system).
- Get as much sleep as possible in this time.
- Walk daily.
- Stretch your hands out to help those who are helpless.
