1. Will using CBD help with my illness/disease/sickness?

2. Will I get high from taking CBD?
You will NOT get high from taking our CBD products because they do not contain THC which produces the high from the plant. 11. How much do I need daily?
This depends on each individual as each person’s endocannabinoid system works differently and reacts differently with each person body. Since there is no scientific information that states how much CBD should be taken, always start with a small dose and work your way up.
Either way we advise you do not go over the daily dosage recommendation of 200mg.
12. How can I take CBD?
Simply place the correct quantity of drops under your tongue using the dropper and hold the CBD oil in place for a minimum of 60 seconds. The 60 second hold allows for absorption via the blood vessels underneath your tongue – efficiently bypassing first-pass metabolism. Once 60 seconds has passed, swallow the CBD oil.
